Universal’s Updated Case Control Now Live
We are excited to let you know Universal’s Case Control system, which provides you with the ability to view your case status, has been updated. The current platform’s software is being replaced by iPipeline with DataView which uses the latest technology. As a result, there will be a change in the way you currently access and view your cases in Case Control on the Universal website beginning June 27, 2016.
Instead of the standard login information you currently use, you will need to register for a PipePass login in order to use the new DataView system. Some of you may already have Pipepass login credentials (it’s what you needed to register for in order to access some of our E-Apps). Others will need to sign up for a new ID which you can do right on the login screen.
